How to BookOnce
you have decided that you would like to rent our villa, you can request available
dates in a number of ways. You can contact us by telephone on 01204 468581 where
we will be delighted to provide you with a range of available dates to meet your
needs. Alternatively you can e mail us on stayatourhome@aol.com
to request specific dates. The booking calendar is updated
on a regular basis, and provides an accurate guide to the dates which are available
for you to choose from.

Security Bond
You
will also be required to send a cheque to the value of £150 as a security
bond against any damages, made payable to ‘Stay At Our Home’, which
will be returned to you uncashed, immediately after your arrival back in the UK,
subject to a final property inspection by the management company.
Meet & Greet
Have
a welcome pack on arrival ready on your arrival. Choose from the following options:Champagne
Basket : includes
bottle of champagne, gourmet cheese, crackers, salmon, chocolate truffles, nuts & cake, all in a wicker basket. £40Food
Pack : Includes milk, orange juice, tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, bread, margerine
& jam. £30Everyday
Essentials : detergent, washing up liquid, soap, kitchen towels, toilet rolls,
shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste, fabric conditioner.
Winter Warmers
Our
pool has optional heating giving the availability of warmth all year round. However
with Florida's warm climate it is only recommended to have the pool heated between
October - March at a cost of £100 per week

What
happens nextOnce
you have made a booking you will be sent a confirmation which includes your unique
booking reference number, and a booking form. Please fill in the booking form
and post it by return in the pre-paid envelope, along with a non refundable deposit
of £100 to secure the booking. This should be sent by cheque and made payable
to ‘Stay At Our Home’, and you will receive a receipt by return of post.
Alternatively for e-bay customers
a deposit can be made via the PayPal Button below this text or the PayPal Button
on the Booking Calendar Page top right, This payment method should also contain
a 3% surcharge as per paypals method of payment charges.

| Please
note that bookings can only be held for 7 days from the date of the booking, without
the return of your booking form and deposit.
On the booking
form you will be required to include the names and addresses of all members of
your traveling party, which will be forwarded to the management company in Orlando
for immigration purposes, and you will be sent the full address of the property
which you should keep safe, and take with you when you travel, to fill in on your
immigration forms as you prepare for arrival in the USA.
Full payment
will be required 8 weeks prior to your departure from the UK, and you will be
sent a reminder in good time before the due date.Upon
receipt of your final payment you will be sent by return instructions for key
collection/security number to access your home for the duration of your holiday,
and be provided with detailed maps from the airport of your arrival to the villa,
along with any other items of information relevant at the time.
